Game Plugs

Can someone suggest a video game for me? I would like to spend some time playing a game. I've been out of it for a while, so I don't know which ones are good. I would love: a. a squad level, turn-based, sci fi combat game like x-com b. a top down, resource management, military strategy game like warlords, starcraft, or warcraft c. an arcade-style rpg like diablo 2 couple things i don't want: first person shooters (i get headaches) too many quests (not enough time) pay for online play (lots of free ones out there) oh, also a low learning curve. also, for pc.
