where can i download Pokemon ruby and Saphire for free?

ive been looking for pokemon downloads for ages eversince a person at my school downloaded 5 pokemon games (fire red and saphire and stuff like that i think) and ive been looking for 6 weeks and i just cant find any but im realy intrested in downloading saphire or ruby can somewon help and the person at school refuses to tell me where he downloaded it from? and it has to be FREE no subscriptions or stuff ?

1. you can not download them of Rom and Emulator sites any more nintendo made a stop to it, i got loads of gameboy advance games from torrentspy.com you will need a program called bitcomet to download from this site but it all free check it out on your search engine.
