Is there any website that i can download one of the pokemon game boy games to my pc for free?

2. sure. coolrom.com. first you have to get an emulator, which i'm pretty sure you can download on the site. visualboy advance is a good one. and then you just have to get the rom. the game boy ones are easy to get the gba ones are a lot harder to get because they have more regulations or something. technically it's not supposed to be illegal if you own the system and the game, although different people interpret it differently, but either way not many people get caught.
