Transferring Xbox 360 Live Arcade Games?

I have a Xbox 360 downstairs in my house with several arcade games on it that I've purchased. I am getting a 360 upstairs in my house as well. I want to leave the hard drive on the downstairs one. Will I be able to sign my profile into the one upstairs and redownload the games on the upstairs one? What will happen to the arcade games downstairs?

1. You should be able to login to the one without the games and re-download them onto the console. If not, then your probably out of luck. You will always be able to get them back if you loose them.
2. if you account recover your live account to the other 360 you can redownload the games for free. but everytime you want to play them online on the first xbox you will have to account recover again. you can play both ofline but only one online at a time.
