1. This is what I found..... www.gamesdr.com there is over 1500 flash games...... happy gaming!
2. Addictinggames.com has a lot of free games, some flash, some other media. I frequent Addicting Games. I discovered an internet browser called Wichio. This browser lets me download flash games and clips to my hard drive! It's cool.
3. http://www.oh-snap.org/forum/activity.php has a ton of flash games, but you have to register a user account to play. It's completely free. In the interest of full disclosure, this is my website, but I don't get any kind of revenue out of it, so I have no motivation to advertise it other than to answer this question. www.miniclip.com has a lot of very good games, too, but I know it's blocked by some filters.
