How can I create some flash games for free?

I wanna make a basic rpg or someting like the impossible quiz. How to all of the people on newgrounds make their games?

2. go to cnet download a free trial of a software and design and began there and if you dont want to buy one they have several free licensed software hope it helps
3. You can't...I know..It sucks. You can, however, google rpgmaker 2000, or if you are like me, you could code it. Check out http://www.python.org and http://www.pygame.org/
