how to make online flash games?

i love games, but i have soo many idea's in my head. the only thing is i dont know how to make them. can someone please tell me how to make flash games like the ones they find on newgrouds, miniclip,[etc]. dose anyone know any programs i can use that arent that expencinve because remember.....im only 14 lol i dont have that much cash =]]

1. Unfortunately you need Flash to make Flash games. There are ways around that fee but they must not be spoken of as they aren't so legal. I recommend getting a summer job or something. You'll figure out a way.
