are all xbox 360 arcade games going to be free.?

well i called xbox today and they said that all arcade games are going to be free once they fix this problem on xbox live. if you notice that dashboard is broken and some games make you sign out from xbox live. called xbox - 1/5/08

1. No they are only going to make one MAYBE 2 free. And it will only be in like a 24 hr time period that you can get it.
