How much memory does Xbox arcade games take up?
Is it a half a megabyte, a gigabyte, i don't know if i should get the 20 gig hard drive or the elite because i will be putting like 100 songs, arcade games, pictures, game saves, maybe a few tv shows but not to much. So what one should I get and why?

- They can be upto 50mb (originally) many are about 30mb to 40mb. The newer games can now be upto 150mb in size since Microsoft increased the limit it allows developers to use on Xbox Live Arcade. 20gb is fine for Xbox Live Arcade games (of which 14gb is actually free for you to use), it's the big demos and game videos that will take up a lot of space if you don't delete them afterwards. And if you want to download videos etc. then you're probably better off with an Elite's 120gb which has 100gb more free space.
- it is about 50 MB per game. xbox originally put that 50 MB cap on xbox live arcade games, but occasionally you'll see 64 MB or 26 MB .it's fair to say 50 MB i know the amount has increased for downloads but, the 105 arcade games out are 50 MB or so.no to give you an idea of what you get for 20 gigs . i have 72 different save game files 15 xbox live arcade games and 6 map packs for different game on my hard drive. it's a 20 gig but ,after you receive it .it has14.8 gigs of free storage left. so i started with 14.8 gigs of storage with all that i have saved i still have 11.8 gigs left.big secret delete the demo's and game commercials after you played or viewed them and it saves alot of free space. i hope i helped
