Where can I download the best emulator that can play the old arcade games ?

I want to play Simpsons arcade and Aliens VS Predator while u r at it where can I download those 2 roms ? (they r both arcade games) Basically I want to kno where I can find a arcade emulator that is compatible with those 2 games ? and Where can i download those 2 roms ?

1. www.emuparadise.org they have a bunch of emulators and roms you can download for not just arcade they have them for game systems to ps, n64,gba, etc. so have a ball with the site
2. The best arcade emulator is by far MAME. It supports literally 1,000's of old arcade roms.
3. It's been a while for me but do a search for MAME, the latest version is the best. The best site for the roms should be retroroms.com. After signing up you should check the forums there for more help. This is the best I know since being out of the game also I got the two roms from that site, so that's how I know they have them. GL.
