Where can I find arcade games in good condition, but still cheap?

I am a teen who has no source of income except $20 a month. I want to buy an old arcade game, like: Asteroids, Donkey Kong, Super Mario Bros., Rush, Skeeball, the Pac Mans. I can afford at the most right now $200, but by middle September $450. Where should I look for a good standup game, but with a good price as well?

1. GameStop. If you look at the used games they are pretty cheap
2. you could probably buy those games from ebay, amazon ect. I don't think you can buy them in stores though
