Can anyone help me remember the name of this game?

A few weeks ago, I played a demo game and now I want to purchase but can't remember the name. It was a restuarant style game, the counter is in a U-shape, (no tables) and customers order their food. The waiter picks out a bread type (at least i think it's bread, looks like it) and then picks a topping. The chef then whips up and it's delivered. Customers can also purchase tea and there is a stand that sells umbrellas/parasols and also Japanese dragon balloons. You can also upgrade your restuarant, new paintings and so forth. I thought it was a reflexive arcade game, but the folks at reflexive say it doesn't sound familiar. I hope someone knows the name of this game so I can play it again.
