down load from reflexive arcade?

when i down load the game the screen comes up just blank, the pic won't come on. but other games work fine what could it be? my comp is a vista and it is blank when i down load from spin top but i can hear the game but no pic. any idea anyone?

1. Is the game that you downloaded compatible with Vista? Does your computer meet the other spec's required for the game. If yes to all, contact reflexive. They should be able to help you further.
