How fast does my internet connection has to be to play my PS2 and Xbox games online without any lags?

I have a 6Mbps download and a 2.7Mbps upload connection. Is that good enough to play games online without lag? So my upload is bout 347kB/s, is that good? I have a PS2 and a Xbox. I want to play my multiplayer online games that I have for the PS2 and Xbox. Thanks to all in advance

1. you should not experience lag as long as ur connection is really what it says it is and as long as u dont play 2 systems simultaniously
