retro arcade games?

What are your favourite classic arcade games (from the late 80s to mid 90s approx)

1. I used to love scramble, but cant find it anywhere, then my second fav was galaxians. Couldnt get on with defender.
2. I'd have to say...Pacman. <3 Or mario.
3. I didn't really play arcade games but I loved the Dizzy the egg games that were on the Amstrad computers and you had to load them from cassette tapes so you can't get much more retro than that.
4. Captain America and the Avengers! it was a great side-scrolling beat-em-up, the backgrounds were watercolor and everything could be picked up and used as a weapon, every time you punched a guy you'd get this really satisfying 'THWACK!' appear on the screen - it was just like a comic book!
5. Capcom Classics: 1943 Kai, Ghost n Goblins Taito Legends: Elevator Action Returns, Space Invaders-Majestic 12, Cleopatra Fortune, Puzzle Bubble Namco Museum: Galaga Midway Arcade Treasures: Rampart, Spy Hunter, Roadblasters, Gauntlet 2, Super Off Road SNK Arcade: Metal Slug and King of Monster
6. Anything from SNK (Neo-Geo) Metal Slug, King of Fighters, King of the Monsters, Turf Masters, all classics!! Also Ghouls 'n' Ghosts and Bubble Bobble!! I could go on all day, but I won't!! :)
