Question for classic arcade game lovers of 90s & 80s?

Can u tell me the names of one on one fighting games (a la Street Fighter) which had ROBOT fighters only?

1. It's a longshot, but this game came to mind immediatley.. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rise_of_the_Robots It was the first game I ever played on the SNES in the early 90s.
