It was a vertical scrolling shooter, viewed from the top down. Very much like Commando. I think it took place in Vietnam. It involved you shooting a gun and also getting in a tank. It was a mid 80s stand-up arcade game. The unusual part was the controller. It had a rotating joystick that was used to aim (like Ikari Warriors) but the joystick didn't move in 8 directions, you would press it down to fire. Then there was another joystick (non-rotating) you used to move your character. Played this game alot in the DC area (MD suburbs). Don't know if that helps... On Edit: I only remember it as a coin-op game. Then tank was small and you could see your characters head/helmet from the top. Just don't remember anything else.
