where can i download the classic arcade game ms pacman for free?

i also want to download on my cellphone without paying for the monthly bill.

1. Although Microsoft did put out a compilation of classic arcade games some years ago, Pacman isn't really theirs. It was created by Namco, some 22 years ago. Nowadays, lots of people like to play these old games, and they don't need to expend quarters to do so. Many old games 'Rom' (Read-only memory) have been put on the internet. Amazingly, some of these classic old games are only about 11K in size, so you download them for next to nothing. You will also need MAME, the multiple arcade machine emulator. Version exist for all major computer platforms... but there's no need to get anything from Microsoft.
