What kind of games can I teach to kids focusing on learning responsibility?

I work at a rock climbing center and in charge of summer camp activities and have a hole to fill in my schedule. I'm looking for games that teach the kids to be responsible but my problem is that the kids cannot run in the gym so some activity is limited (or I'd be playing capture the flag). Any suggestions of other games and the rules and equipment I would need?
