What is the name of this classic arcade game?!?!?

It was featured on Donkey Kong 64 and its where you're an astronaut and you have to collect all your ships parts to escape or something like that. I think its called Jetman or something like that.

1. I think it's actually called Jet Pack, but I'm not 100% sure. I haven't played my 64 in a couple of years.
2. Jetforce Gemini, for Nintendo 64. Is it sad that I remember that?:)
