Where to download free cell phone games to a phone without internet?

The internet is disabled on my phone, so I can't download any games off the net. Are there sites where I can just download free games to my PC then transfer them to my phone with a USB cable? BTW I have a Samsung SGH-A737 with AT&T/Cingular.
