When will microsoft offer the free arcade game for people who had trouble with xbox 360 live that was promise?

1. they already ofered a xbox live arcade game called undertow for free, which im assuming was the free arcade game, however they didnt really advertise it much, so maybe not
2. This is a very good question because I think MS just wont give the free game that they promised. Really when you think about it MS online service is the worst service you can get. When you want to cancel you have to call and waste 15 mins of your life. *i think you can do it online now*. They lag a lot online and you have to pay. I dont have a PS3 and i never plan on buying one but i hear PS3 online is free. If it wasnt for Halo3 I would have never gotten into XBox live. Microsoft get your stuff together please.
