Why can I only play Xbox 360 Arcade games only with the account that purchased them?

I have a second account and everytime I sign in with it and try to play an Arcade game it says that it's a trial and it wants me to unlock the full game. Is Microsoft tryn to find another way to gip people outta extra money or is there a way I can fix it?

1. Don't know what to tell ya, as far as I know the arcade games are tied to the console itself, so unless you're saving the game to a memory card and trying to play it on a different system on a different account, you should be able to play it under any profile...
