Can I plug in a game system into my Hp Pavilion Media Center m8430f PC?
When I got this computer I noticed there was an input connection for av wires on the front and also s-video port as well. I want to know if there is a way to connect my nintendo wii onto this computer and play it (and possibly record my gameplay) My computer has windows vista home premium 64bit OS Thanks

- You might be able to if you have a program that captures the video from the ports on the front of your computer. Give it a try. Try to look up for capture programs that are free. Sadly Windows Movie Maker version for Vista no longer supports the use of analog video capturing.
- Your WII would not be compatible with your PC. The user documentation on the internet, link below, indicates that the Wii should be connected to a TV or to a VCR or a DVR. The second link is to the advanced setup guide. It does not indicate any capture capability with your model PC. I would take a look at some of the newer graphics cards that come with TV capture capability. Try ATI or Nvidia.
- I too had this on a desktop of mine. I used a bunch of different capturing programs. But there is like a 6 second lag. So you will most likely need to by a gaming recorder specifcally ment for that.
