How do you download free games onto your PSP

I just found a new website the other day called psperspective.net. Its a PSP Download site for free but i cant seem to figure out how to download games! Help!

1. If you have to ask, you probably shouldn't be trying to hack your PSP... Find someone locally (scan the various PSP forums and craigslist) that can mod it for you, they usually charge around $20 to do it.
2. you don't "mod" a psp you simply downgrade the firmware and then you can download all the games and movies you want. people who talk about modding the psp have no idea what they are talking about.
