Where can I download the Original Pokemon games to play online for free?

My friends and I want to play pokemon online and be able to trade and battle each other. Where can we download a game like this for free?

1. u can use emulators..., but i do not know how 2 trade
2. You can use an emulator but there is no way to trade pokemon. I have tried everything but it was not succesful
