Can you guys please tell me how to make flash games / online games for free!?

Hey people, I was wondering how do you make flash games like you see the ones on newgrounds and online games like combat arms and the not-so-famouse XGenStudios stick arena?? please i dont wanna spend a cent doing this also what i am looking for is sniping games and online games that i can make i tried pivot but its kinda weird =[ please help guys!!!! also i dont wanna pay a cent for any of this

2. Those can only be made with Macromedia Flash, which is, unfortunately, not free. The exact kinds of games you're thinking of making do in fact take a bit of cash and a whole lot of time and effort. Believe me - it's not a particularly easy process.
