Is there a way to get Free Xbox Arcade games?

What if I transfer my account to my friends hard drive (both 20Gb HDD) and download the game again and then go back to my harddrive, will that work. OR He goes to MY hardrive and downloads the game and then he returns to my hardrive! Is there any way around me not having to pay 15 for and arcade game? I can buy a memory card, but why spend $60 to buy a $15 game?

1. If you had a memory card (Xbox 360) then you could plug that in to the 360 while your friend's hard-drive is still in the console and then you could copy the arcade games from the hard-drive onto the memory card (saying the memory card is big enough, 1GB memory card is recommended) and then later you could move those games onto your own hard-drive. Note** THIS ONLY WORKS IF THE ARCADE GAMES ARE ACTUALLY ON THE XBOX 360 UNDER THE GAMES TAB, NOT OFF A DISC.
