Game Plugs

Is there anything like a blank game card for a Nintendo DS which will allow me to have more than 1 game on it?

I am wanting to have a cartridge for my DS which I can store many games on so I dont have to carry all my games about. Would it plug into the same socket as my current game cartridge.

  1. Search for an R4 on google. When/if you get an R4 all you do is buy a microSD memory card, plug it into the computer download something called a ROM, (basically a DS game taken off the original cart and put on the internet so people can download them and play any game on an R4) Then plug the memory card back in the R4 and put the R4 in the DS and you can play any NDS ROM you download. Look on google for more clearer descriptions of it. Disclaimer: I do not condone downloading ROMS and playing them without owning the game first. ;)
  2. I don't think so. Edit: Nevermind. Maybe.
  3. r4 cards
  4. what you are looking for is called a flashcart. not an r4, an r4 is a brand of flashcarts which also have about 5 other fakes/clones, so it's not worth the buy unless you don't mind getting a clone. also it is obsolete to every other flashcart around as of april2008. if you are gonna get a r4 clone then the best clone to get is called the n5 since it still gets a few updates compared to other r4 clones which get no updates whatsoever the best flashcart to get is the cyclods due to all of it's features, such as slow motion, real time save/load, in game guide, battery saving mode. but it can be a little expensive at about $50USD at realhotstuff.com the next best flashcart is the acekard 2. it doesn't have all the features that the cyclods has listed above, but it does have some other nice little features that the cyclods doesn't have, also it's is extremely cheap at about $13USD at dealextreme.com
