psp question on how to play free downloaded games help will be greatly appreciated?

so for the new psp 3004 i want to play donwloaded free games on it... can someone plz outline the exact steps to follow in order to play these games and links to any software needed would be greatly appreciated and if it is possible please be speccific cuz i'm a noob:)) thanks a lot in advance:D

1. 3000 are unflashable so you can't flash it with custom firmware to play the games sorry
