why does my my tv show black and white when i plug in my game systems?

for some strange reason my flat panel lcd tv picture comes up black and white when i plug a game system into it,(my x box,wii,or playstaion) does anybody know why this could be happening?

1. sounds like the cable is your problem source so get a new cable(s), the one that deals with the video and audio and stuff. If that doesn't work try messing with your TV's settings.
