Where can I download a copy of MAME to play Arcade games that isn't bogus.?

I have been through high and low on google and I can't find a decent copy of MAME software to play arcade games. They are all dicking me around. They don't work! My computer should be able to handle them too. The reason I want it is because of classic games like TMNT Arcade Game and The Simpsons which I can't find anywhere else. I would die for some help from somebody who has a FULL working copy and who can play all of those classic arcade games. LOL-I really miss those gems from my childhood.

1. I'm pretty sure it's this link http://emulator-zone.com/download.php/emulators/arcade/mame/mameui/MameUI32_0128.exe Once downloaded you should be able to extract or install. Just remember to copy your games to the ROMs folder within MAME. Also, don't unzip the games you download for MAME. Leave them in the zip file.
