Why I can't open Reflexive arcade game web.?

I want to download games from reflexive arcade web but It always said server too busy. Before i can open it but now i can't,can anyone tell me what's wrong?

1. Works for me... hard to say what's wrong, seeing as I can't tell what your computer is doing.
2. I can't open it up too. Maybe its bankrupt or something. Could you tell if it can be opened again?
