How do I find the roots in Totem Tribe?

I recently purchased the new game Totem Tribe from Reflexive Arcade. I am enjoying working my way through it, but have come to a point where I am VERY stuck. I can't think which Island I am on, but I am at the point where I have to find the ten roots for the witch. Is there anyone out there who has played the game and can point me in the right direction to find the last two roots? Thank you! You can't move past the ice rock until you can free your tribe from the spell. Your tribe won't be free until you get all the roots and take them to the witch. Hi...I've found them all now. There is one in behind a palm tree above the witches house, in case you haven't discovered that already. I am stuck again though, and having issues finding the shells to give to the idol on the Polar Bear Island. Anyone been here yet?

1. i too am stuck there but i can only find 7 roots and cant get past the iced rock either
2. All you have to do is find all the roots. The iced block isn't required to advance. You will have to come back later after you learn fire tower.
3. Hello - I have found... 1 behind the mountain at the bottom of the island (as per stone advice) 1after hitting the sone telling me to look at the rotting log at the bottom of the island. 1 in the large clump of briars above the witches home 1 below the blue pool with the log in 1 in the briars next to the rotting log 1 after hitting another stone clicking on the slime pool next to the mountain at the bottom of the island 1 in briars to left of the shade 1 in briars to the right of the shade 1 in the 2nd to left clump of briars near the shade. Where can the last one be?!?!?! Please help. Thanks
4. I found all 10.. I can't tell you exactly where because I didn't pay much attention but what I CAN tell you is make sure you have NO black or shaded areas on your map..(besides the other island that you can't get to) there was a root but one of those vine bushes & I clicked there but it wouldn't give it to me so i thought it wasn't one until I had them explore over there & then I could click it =o) hope this helps
