Can you download free games for ur psp without a cfw?

i want to get free game downloads but i dont want the risk of a cfw can i get them for a ofw if so were ? wat if i download the file and i have a umd in it will it play then?

3. no you cant its a thing in the firmware that wont run the cso and u need a umd to play a game.......i have cfw :)
