Are there any online pokemon games with no downloads for children under 13?

My brother wants an online game her is 11 years old and I will not let him download any of the online games or go on the ones where you have to be over 13. Please tell us if there are any. Please do not put down pokemon crater or pokemon indigo. I already dissaproved those.

1. None that I know of. I would have recommended Crate, but you said no. I wish you luck in finding a game for your kid.
2. I don't think there are none. Mainly The Reason why they are 13+ is the interactions between other people in the game. But, if you brother has some common sense and doesn't give Personal Info out on the Game, He should be fine.
3. there is a website called, TPPC if you type that in at google click on the top on and you get to raise and catch pokemon, battle gym leaders and friends. Hope i helped you☺
4. pokemonlake.com is a great pokemon game! It's relatively new but it has soo many features! It's totally the best
