how can I make online games not flash games and how can I make my own website.?

I'm only a kid so i can't order anything online. I may be a kid but I can teach myself many things. 3. Making games, well it depends. What kind? 3d,2d,puzzle,FPS? As for websites .com,.net.org and a few others are not free. You will have to use something like .tk or .webs.com I'd make your site here: www.webs.com Then I'd use: www.dot.tk :To make it redirect you to your freewebs website.
