when i need java to play a game " java (tm) plug-in fatal error" comes up. how can i sort it out.?

" the java runtime enviornment can not be loaded" shown on display when i need to play a game.i downloaded java from java.com

1. Download again from another site,Www.filehippo.com or www.majorgeeks.com
2. I use to get that i tried downloading it, uninstalling java, re-installing java in the end i gave up and downloaded firefox and it all worked fine
3. It's probably best to uninstall Java, download the latest version and install that instead. Hopefully the problem will correct itself.
4. Personally I would re-install Java, or try and see if there is a newer version of it out on the market. If this fails to work, have a look at the settings on you Internet browser and see if it allows Java script to open and run. Thirdly try your Firewall, or other Real time protection software.
