Where can you find classic arcade games online for free?

I recently was bored enough that I decided to play root beer tapper. Surprisingly, the game is no longer on any of the sites I know. I searched for several other 80s arcade games (Defender, Robotron, ect) and none of them are on the internet anymore, you have to buy them. Does anyone know a site that still has these games for free? classicarcadegamesonline.com does not exist anymore (at least not in Canada) and the other sites do not have anything made before 1990
