How do get the extra plug-ins for the Ps3 Oblivion Game of the Year Edition?

In the oblivion game of the year Edition Strategy book, in the back it tells about all the extra stuff u can get if you get the plug ins. I have the PS3 One and i was wondering if you can get the plug ins. If you can then how? (and are plugins and Downloadable Content the same thing? If not then can you get Downloadable content for the Ps3 version?)

1. No. PS3 users can not get extra plug-ins or any kind of additional content other then Shivering Isles or Knights of the Nine. Xbox 360 and PC users can, however. It sucks, I know, but that's how it is. I myself would love an armored horse. ):
