Game Plugs

Does anyone know how to use a Game Geni?

We have 2 old NES Systems and we also bought this called a Game Geni, or it can be caled a Game Enhancer. We looked at the back of it and it said how to use it, but it just won't work. We plug the game into it and try to put it in the NES, but when we do, the game is supposed to lock down into position, but it won't go down far enough. Anyone know how to plug it in or even know what a Game Geni is? lol
