The Price is Right video game similarity?

My question is that on Reflexive arcade.com you can download trial of TPIR by the maker Ludia since early spring/summer 2008. Now they announce a version for wii in the fall by Ubisoft, It looks very similar to its PC version. From the internet and previous yahoo answers, questions, it looks like you are limited to the same 4 players and cannot use mii's. The game is short of a host welcoming voice from Carey or Barker, and with just 16 pricing games and Rich Fields speaking the entire time the game can get quite boring quickly for The Price is Right fans. Does anyone know if the games are in fact similar?

1. The games are the exact same thing, the only difference is IR control for Wii and the fact that it's published by Ubisoft. Both games are made by Ludia.
2. I am not sure. but i think that it would be the same facts.
