How can I download free games and applications to my phone using a usb cord?

I have a usb cord for my phone which is an lgcf360 and i want to get free games and applications. I cant do anything that requires using internet on my phone because i dont have and internet plan. I have found several web sites where u can download them to the pc and then transfor them but the only things that actually work are plain pictures what can i do thank you
