How do i download free games on my ipod touch and have them actually show up?

Ive downloaded games before no problem. Its been a few months since i have used the app store, and so i download the games but they don't show up on my ipod itself yet they are in the application part when i plug it to the computer... Its very frustrating please help!

i would go to the apple store or give them a call.
My ipod did the same thing a while back, and all i did was picked the app i wanted from the app store and downloaded it, then went to settings>wi-fi and then turned it off then back on while it wasnt done downloading yet
Try backing up your ipod and then formating it or just go on the internet with your ipod touch and get any free app and download it. It should appear on the place where all your apps are supposed to be
