How do I download/get free psp games?

I want to know how to get psp games on my memory card for my psp. From beginning to end. 1. You have to install custom firmware on your PSP. Which is not illegal. Downloading copies of games you do not own, is illegal. I would recommend just purchasing games you wish to play rather than breaking the law.

3. you must have cfw in order to play ISO games and homebrew they wont work if its not hacked. i would recommend putting your psp model and version so we can help you and know what you need. if its a psp 1000 or 2000 you must buy a pandora batt in order to hack it
