Where should i start for designing my first basic flash/online game?

Ok, so i just asked a question similar to this but this time i know what i want to design. ( i hope this makes it easier for the yahoo community to answer this without getting annoyed) so what i want to know is create a basic flash game for the first time just to get the hang of designing online games. So if you could please give me some websites/ software/ tutorial areas that i can go to, to get an idea of doing this, id really appreciate it.
