Not as of yet mainly due to 2 things... 1)Cost 2)Security In that order too The cost comes into play because a 300-600 dollar console isn't something to be toyed with and when they try to hack a system as such the burned BLU-RAY discs are an additional 15-30 bucks then your looking @ $400+ for a blu-ray burner in an attempt to dump the blu-ray ISO to your computer and burn it again. than the security comes into play where the PS3 has a very high security system which has encrypted discs so they aren't easily dumped and also it nigh-impossible to bypass the secure authenticity check of a disc...
