my sons 360xbox playing well no probz changed game now it has sound but no picture changed av plugs doing same?

the lights are still green can someone help us plz its not tv as ps 3 still working fine on same tv

1. there is a switch on the part thats in the 360 try flipping it
2. it might be your xbox try another tv if that dosent work call Microsoft
