4. Both yes and no!!!. Now you can play flash games in the web browser but then you most likely need keyboard and mice bc the controller aren't calibrated for that. But on the other hand sony doesn't really want you to play online and even in the system bc then you wouldn't buy there formatted games and even movies. It may not seem much for one person but if they enable it, then it could be like a wild fire. So if you want to play games and view them on your tv then you could get a cheap usb to rca adapter or you could go and buy a real and good ps3 game that could give you much more satisfaction, its entirely up to you.
