is clup pogo being unlawfull? pogo advertises free games but has games only club members can play?

1. they do have free games ... that doesn't mean they all have to be free though.
2. If they didn't offer ANY free games, then yes, that's false advertising. However, they have different levels.. so no, they're doing nothing wrong. Kind of like Yahoo's mail. You can get different levels... and only 1 is free.
